What is an office visit like?

Initial visits are generally 90 minutes. A detailed plan of action will be developed at the first visit after a comprehensive medical history is taken. Follow up visits are typically 45 minutes. Often there is an initial need for follow up visits every 6-12 weeks or when test results become available and if treatment changes need to be made.

Please fill out the New Patient Form and bring it with you to the first visit. If you do not have access to a computer/printer, let us know and we will mail the form to you.
